Nowadays, cell phones are more than only a cell phone, they have a lot features that can make people think and act all the time with their cell phones. In order to improve theses features, two brands of cell phones have been remarkable on the market, blackberry and Iphone. The mainly difference between both are design, e mail and applications. Both brands have been facing the challenge of being the first one on selling cell phones.

The iphone has made a revolution in the world with their new design; the touch screen made the iphone a model as a cellphone. The new design includes high resolution screens, which contributes to increase the use of the internet, like downloading films and music with the greatest image. On the other hand, Iphone have a bad reputation for being fragile because of touch screen face, but you have many options on the market that help you protect it, from rubber sleeves to hard plastic cases. The blackberry is remarkable in the corporative world, who focused mostly on e mails and calendars feature being behind i phone in terms of design. The Blackberry boasted their cameras and videos after realized their lack of technology, but they still have a long way to achieve.

In terms of e mails, Blackberry is faster than iphone and the corporative environment still prefer being connect faster than design, the e mail service of blackberry is simply the best one. A blackberry set up with Microsoft Exchange Server and they have intelligent e mail service, which downloads the messages immediately on the phone and indicates that a new message has been received. The iphone still has a lot to improve in terms of corporative entities, apple should develop tools to increase the e mail features. The I phone sometimes fail to synchronize as well as the blackberry, it´s difficult to check your e mails in time and some accounts  doesn’t ´t work in iphone.  The iphone does not synchronize calendar and contacts information wirelessly and the blackberry can do this automatically..

The iphone has a lot of applications and there are a thousand of developers doing a millions of applications for iphones everyday. Ever minute I phone has a new application, like games, HP calculator and  programs to boast features and cell phone capacity, but many of them cost money.   The Apple cell phone is a very attractive and revolutionary phone, you can find all kind of programs do you need. Comparing apps in iphone and blackberry, the download with iphone is easy and fast to do it. The process of deleting and install programs in iphone is easy and it takes a few seconds,  however, in blackberry this process require more time and patient. These are the mainly differences between iphone and blackberry that boast cell phone competition

There are a few differences between the two of mobiles phones, both have their own characterizes and features, but Apple can be remarkable of proving they are invincible in design. The iphone good looking made a revolution in terms of design and won the heart of all the consumers in a worldwide scale. The growth of piracy has been affecting our economy in a bad way. A lot of countries have been losing a lot of money due to the effects of piracy. The impact of this pratice is soo difficult to measure on a worldwide scale, however, certain consequences can be remarkable. Some remarkable consequences of piracy are illegal business, losses in tax for the goverment and job losses. Nowadys, piracy is alredy difficult to measure and the negative effects can damage our economy beyond the expectations.

Piracy is a illegal business that create a criminal environment which the illicit business activities take places of legal business, resulting negative impact on worldwide economy. This pratice of seeling produtcs without lisence has been spreading so fast and reducing a lot the profits for a legal company. Moreover, criminal pratices like piracy with low risks and high profits can incentive another illicital organizations.The groth of piracy have been affecting in a bad way the developlement of our economy and the goverment should assume a drastic posticion in realtion of this topic, protecing better the companies rights.

The taxes in Brazil is the one of the most factors that makes brazilians buy illegal products, the taxes are too high and increases the product price in almost 45% of the original price. This is the reason why most of part of the brazilians still incentive the pratice of piracy in our country without thinking of the social and economy consequences. The consequence of piracy is the Goverment don’t recieve part of this taxes they should colletc. The problem could be minimaze if the Goverment reduces the taxes under products, guaranting low prices for all the products in our market.
The position from the Goverment is crucial for controling the spread of piracy in a wordwide.

The problem of piracy has attracted attencion from the goverment mainly because of job losses. This effect can be seen in the numbers of jobs losses caused from piracy, in USA in a year they estimate the job losses are 120.000 and over 100.000 in Europe. In Brazil they estimate 50.000 formal jobs are destroyed because of cd piracy, and if the piracy could be controled the countrie would have 115.000 new job places.
These numbers showed how piracy affect significant the numbers of jobs in our economy.While the spread of piracy may not be totally controled, it is possible to the Goverment limit the worst effects of piracy.

While the problem of piracy probably will became wost and persist, improvements in many fronts are important to controll the piracy spread. The Goverment is the most important front that can minimaze this problem and reduce eradication of piracy in many contries. thus, policy goals can reduce the problem and contributes for the development of the countries. These goals are the best way to eradicate piracy problem and avoid negattive effects in our society and economy.

Expensive CT decision for Paulistas pocket and life.

CT prohibit should not prohibit parking areas in Faria Lima Avenue. The decision of prohibit parking cars on Faria lima makes Paulista life worst, the costs to park a car has been increasing a lot, the number of cartel are gorwing up so fast without control and quality of life is decreasing.

 

In Faria Lima CT reduces the space for parking in 4 blocks envolving JK Avenue to Oracia Lafer street, wich amount about 60 parking places. Seller Parking on Atilio Inocente street charges R$ 16,00 for one hour taking advanced of this situation, but if you park your car on Seller Parking on Paulista Avenue you will spend R$ 10,00 all day. For instance, Adriana Martins who works in a bank in Faria Lima Avenue spend per month R$250,00 to park her car near the bank and she complains a lot about the amount of money she has been spending. Therefore, CT should leave some places to cars parking in Faria Lima making easy and cheaper for Paulistas who work hard every day.

CT Should not prohibit to park in Faria Lima because of time. After the CT decision of reducing space areas on Faria Lima, people who work in this area have been spending a lot of time trying to find a place area to park their car. João Nogueira, 40 years old, works at BCB Building and he has to arrive ever day onde hour earlier in order to find a place to park his car. The difficultie comes from the fact that if you dont find a place to park your car in the frist block, probably, you will spend several minutes in traffic trying to go to another block, mainly at the rush time. People arrive angry and bored at the office atfer spend hours looking for a place to park. Moreover than employees have their mood affected ,they can have healty problems in a near future. Therefore, Ct should alow people parking their cars on Faria Lima.

Ct Sould not prohibit cars parking on Faria Lima becouse of parking lots cartel. Cartel is a way that parking lots are using to controling high prices at this area, in other words, all Parking lots on Faria Lima are charging the same high prices. It is easy to check this cartel on Faria Lima, Stapar charges the same price as Seller Park and TC Park, all of them charges 20,00 per hour and it is impossible to find differents prices. What can be done to control cartel competition is leave free places to park in Faria lima, Ct should leave this area avalible for Paulistas. 

Therefore, the use of parking lots in Faria Lima has been increading a lot the costs for Paulistas, CT definitly should not prohibit cars parking on this area. Moreover, the number of parking lots joing cartels are increasing and contributing high prices for drivers. Thus, CT should review their method of controling traffic and think better how to make Paulistas life easy and cheap.

I work as a sales broker for 8 years, pressure and stress are fellings that I faice every day, but I dont care about because I get acostumate. One day I was trading dolar with many clients at the same time, suddenly one of them sad me to sell 200 lotes, but he didn´t espeficize what market he want buy. Brokers like me are used to execute fast all orders we  recieve . Normally we attend clients wich is only trading dolar just to not made mistakes, in the other hands, each broker trade one especific market to not do mistakes and know better what are you working for.

The problem was when I sold 200 lotes I realize nobody confirm with the operation, i felt complety lost trying to call everboy to find who was the owner of that lote. After some minutes the stress fell up me and I tried to find a way to solve this big damage for my office. My co worker instead of helping me start to scream bad words and guilt me about that lost and my mind couldn´t think what to do. I was so nervous and angry that I can answerd my co worker screaming, i was trying to forget about him and continuos looking for a good way to fix the mistake. My body scream louder than his scream, i wake and throw two of the phone of him and said: Ok, are you nervous? I am sure you can solve this alone. I just went home, very sad, but happy with my corage. Of course some hours later I though about the craze behavior I have had and what consequences I could have the day before this. Although I wasnt in the mood to came back to the office,  I depend on that job.
